Our Thai cocoa butter is extracted through a natural process to produce undeodorized cocoa butter , which means that the characteristic aroma and flavor of cocoa are preserved.
Thai cocoa butter is suitable as an ingredient in chocolate candies, chocolate pralines, desserts, baking, cooking, chocolate coating and dessert decoration.
In bean-to-bar chocolate making, cocoa butter is used to temper the chocolate or may be blended into the chocolate to reduce its viscosity.

What is the origin of cocoa butter?
Cocoa butter processing begins with dried cocoa beans . After being fermented, dried, roasted (at a temperature below 40 ° C), cracked and stripped of their shell (winnowing process), the cocoa beans are processed into cocoa nibs .
Next, the cocoa beans are ground to obtain cocoa liquor (cocoa mass). After obtaining the finest cocoa liquor, it is pressed to extract the cocoa butter and leave the cocoa solids which are ground into fine cocoa powder .
